It consists of a fund created in Espírito Santo State with the purpose of boosting the imports through the port of Vitoria, by granting importers financial incentives on the payment of an added value to State taxes.
Quimetal pioneered this type of importation business.
One of our founders, Mr. Graciano Espíndula, was actually the architect of FUNDAP, the system that made Espírito Santo State prominent nationwide and in the international scene.
